  The rating would be much higher if it wasnt for the manager and a couple staff memebers. The good first, the asistant MANAGER is great, fair loan on your item no atitude, helps explain how things work, and very very knowledgeable about metals, jewels, etc. never put down an item i brought in to get a loan. and actually seems to enjoy working there, and seems she cares about people. Most of the staff are nice and do good, except a couple and the Manager. The bad they act as if your trying to loan fake gold, they put down your item or belittle what you brought in, act as if your a con artist, act as if you are bothering them and they do not care at all, and unfortuanately you dont know if any of those 3 are gonna be the one that helps you, the manager acts like she does not want to be there, has an atitude of disgust, an arrogant kinda demeanor, and refused to give me a loan on something that had been at cash america before recently, and I have always 100 percent got my item out of pawn, and because of that it caused me problems cause I needed a loan ,and cost me money so I stopped going, after I had multipe issues with how those staff memebers treated me or made me feel.
