  This bank is horrible . Not once .. not twice ... not Three times ..BUT ALLLL THE TIME!!! this bank is always withdrawing money out of my account without any notifications. The mobile app SUCKS!!!! It's horrible, the bank is horrible I'm so sick and tired of this damn bank . When I call everybody is RUDE!!! Even the supervisors is rude. I'm just frustrated of how this bank has turned out to be. When you go into the bank the members act like they don't know what the hell theyre doing. Everybody needs to take a management class . And the next time I have another issue with you people stealing my money I'm calling my lawyer!! I'm very serious! Im so pissed at this bank. Right now this is ridiculous!!! You're taking money out of my child's mouth and the gas out of my car! Ive never missed a payment on a credit card now all of sudden you all wanna take a late fee because YOU ALL NEVER MAILED ME A CARD THAT HAD FRAUD ON IT!!!! NOR DIS YOU ALL REFUND MY MONEY I HAD TO CALL AND TALK TO 4 other people!!! That's sad! And I used to work at a call center in credit card department so I know how fraud works and my department was always good about giving members they're money back but NOT FREAKING CLASS ACT!!! I'll be writing a letter to the CEO about everything you all have done to my accounts .
