  I moved 1 month ago and have had 4 different postmen during that time. I've been to the post office 2 times and have called once. I am still waiting for supervisor Diane to return my call. The carrier totally misses my box even when I have the red flag out for my outgoing mail. I know I have mail out there "somewhere" because I've only gotten my People, Time and TV Guide magazines once with my new address on them. I get 2 of these magazines weekly-so where are they? I literally chased down my carrier earlier this week at 6:30 pm because he had made a U-turn right in front of my house and ignored the red flag. He did have a package for me and 5 pieces of mail (he finally found them in his mail van with me standing right next to him insisting that he find my mail). It is inexcusable to me that a carrier can go right past my house and ignore the red flag and of course not getting my mail is ridiculous! Where is my mail-in a dumpster, being read by who knows who or still in the back of one of the numerous mail carriers vans that have come through my sub-division. I would like someone in authority to correct this problem! Mary Scott

  Worst post office that I've ever been to. I've only been there a few times, because they are open later then other post offices in the area. I have an online business so I need to get my items sent out fast. One time I went and they didn't scan any of my packages. The other time I went it was near closing time. They refused to scan my packages and give me a receipt. Instead they promised they would scan them this time. However, they scanned all of my packages as "delivered" to the post office instead of received! Then I had to deal with all my buyers thinking that I shipped their items to the wrong address!

  As of today it has been a month since my package was scanned as being delivered when it wasn't. I have filed two consumer complaints (since the first was marked resolved after two days when it wasn't because i didn't have a refund or my package). I was told it was scanned as being delivered as my mailperson was going back into the post office. After they talked to her she said it must of been mixed in with a businesses mail. They checked said business and their facilities again and still no package. Ironically a couple weeks later our mailman was delivering mail wearing the same bluetooth headphones that we never got and are deemed lost. After calling again to tell them that we got a new mailman. June 10th I was told the post office was wanting me to come in and talk to John Guy to file a claim. I go there today and he tells me it needs to be done online (what a waste of gas). I come home to go online and go to do it only for the site to tell me i cannot because insurance wasn't on my package. You need insurance to assure you your mail will get to you and they will do their job! A warning to everyone! Don't trust your packages with these people. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere...
