  I've had mixed experiences over the years with this location. Sometimes the staff is very nice. Today has been frustrating because the store hours posted on the door clearly show they should be open until 4:30pm on Saturday. When I walked up at 4:07pm, the gate was already down and they were all locked up. I caught another individual who arrived before me and was unable to mail their parcels, who said they had spoken to someone inside that said they had been closed for a while. My time and gas is not free and what I need to send out is important to me. Somebody should be held accountable.

  Went to the ups store on Saturday. Arrived at 345 but store was not open. Sign on door said they were open until 430 as well as online. Set my packages out for 3 days and never got picked up. Very dissapointed.

  Stopped in to ship something and they are out of boxes. Its like McDonald's running out of fries!

  I have tried to print at this location multiple times over the past year. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the first and (sigh) the second times were flukes and they ran out of paper or something, I gave them yet another chance the other day. I placed an online print order and within minutes, again, my order was canceled. This time saying that I was the one one who canceled it (which I did not). Thankfully, I looked for a confirmation email to see if my order was ready before wasting my time and dragging my kids over there. From now on, I will drive a bit farther and go to the Fern Creek location on Bardstown Rd. They seem to be much friendlier and have I have never had any problems getting my orders.
