- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish there was an option of 0 Stars. I called this store to do some printing because there was a mistake that had happened at another UPS store that was too far away to return to that same day. I was treated with complete disrespect for being ignorant of how the UPS stores work. The rude tone and the demeanor of the worker made me not want to use UPS again. I told this worker that I would not be going to that store ever and his response was, "Fair enough." That is the response of someone who does not care about customer service and who doesn't seem to care about drawing the customer in. What a horrible way to represent UPS.
