  I never worked with Vickerstaff but I worked with Marine Finegold. I really do NOT feel comfortable doing cases with her. I found her very unprofessional from the beginning. When I met her, I didn't feel respected in a business setting. No basic business manners shown. Secondly, instead of having a big heart and humanity, she judges you. She makes me feel inferior. I feel that she has the attitude that she is the knowledgeable lawyer and I am just a second-class immigrant who has real life issues. I feel she as cold. I also get a feeling that they just want to get a case, get it done and get your money. I don't feel cared, instead, I feel being pushed.

  I had a really excellent experience dealing with Vickerstaff Law Office. Most importantly the friendly and cooperative attitude of the staff, who provided clear and professional advice and caring follow up, which lead eventually to me getting my US citizenship last June. I specially would like to acknowledge the efforts of Marina Finegold, who went out of her way to advice me and my family and showed sincere personal interest in our case and diligently followed up and provided valuable advice throughout my citizenship process. I am indebted to her kindness and concern. I would highly recommend seeking Marina's expert and dedicated assistance in all immigration issues.

  I have had a positive experience with Marina Finegold. I am an american citizen trying and I am trying to get a K1 visa for my Cambodian fiancee. It is a slow moving process and a small mistake could cost me and fiancee months of our lives if we had to redo paperwork or resubmit forms. She has been a big help in this way being as how all of our paperwork has been accepted and process. Now my fiancee is potentially in a position to get her visa about 6 months after we started the process, which is about half the time I expected it to. Marina has been easy to contact, easy to work with, and helpful in preparing my fiancee and I for the visa process we are undertaking.
