- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The people here are very rude, unprofessional and borderline crooks. I called to settle a debt and pay it in full. I was treated terribly, they tried to charge me more than the debt that was owed plus ridiculous fees to even process the payment. I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals Office as well as the BBB. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.By Cobb Family, April 16, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆These folks are trying to collect debt for a failing Company by the name of Universal American that is literally pulling 7 year old commision sheets out of a stack and claiming all of the commisions have been reassigned and therefore, are owed back. Not that the policies in question have been cancelled at all just reasigned. thye give absolutely no explainiation on how this could be owed back nad other commisions paid the exact same way later are not.Definately a low class organization. They then claimed that debt had rolled up to me, when I questioned them, they admitted to being wrong. so they spent three months calling my house only to turn around and agree with me.By Robert Deppert, January 12, 2017
