  I took it in & told Service about my problems, they said they were to busy to look at it & made an appointment for the next week. I took it in , they checked it out, I waited in their wait area, it is large, with comfortable seating, some with swing away tables attached, plenty of water & coffee, & a TV to watch. They have shuttle service to take you home, to work, or to do shopping, they will call you before they do any work, & come pick you up if you have no way back. They are a little more pricey than other places, but they are supposed to be experts on your vehicle, they are supposed to know more about your vehicle & how it works, to be able to fix it with most all the parts in house, in less time than the average repair place. After all, isn't that why you took it to the Dealer in the first place? I was there for over 4 hours, they gave it a good going over & changed the oil. They explained everything & answered my questions & gave me a detailed print out of what they did, & the things that needed attention, starting with the most urgent, & the price & time to complete the service. I was pleased with my overall experience. Thank You Ellen Rader
