  .I will be reporting to the BBB which im sure nothing will be done and I will be reporting the two individuals that assisted me with horrible customer service on JUNE 14, 2016 at approximately 515 pm ... It was a black bald male and a elderly white woman who threatned to have security escort me out. They didnt empathize with my situation ... I was literally crying in the office .. Ive been going through a 1 month process of removing a suspension off my record. So i went to broadway yesterday and they were closed after the google hours stated they were open till 530 they closed at 430. So I went to bowmam fields when I get there they said you have not been released off the NATIONAL VEHICLE REGISTRATION. SO the next day I call ohio where I was suspended for a speeding ticket they stated I was valid. I called frankfort ky TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR NAMED JENNIFER SHE SAID SHE REMOVED ME FROM THE NVR I called back another representative informed I was clear so assuming they were correct I went to broadway. The incompetent lazy guy at the front desk stated I was still in the NVR so i got upset explained what i went through not that he showed any emotions for my concerns.. I showed him i paid the ticket the reinstatement fee and the 5.00 drivers record stating i was valid he said theres nothing i can do frankfort is closed so i called the ohio circuit court and waited for 10 min on speaker and the incompetent male stated after the fact of me waiting on hold i cant talk to them ... HORRIBLE GHETTO SERVICE. IM REPORTING THE SUPERVISOR AT THE FRANKFORT BRANCH TO
