- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The people at PNC are great. PNC as a bank is terrible. They closed 2 of my accounts without my permission or authorization. I can no longer use any of their mobile apps and their IT department can't fix the problem. Had they left my accounts as they were I would be fine with staying. They have also closed multiple branches which makes me question their stability as a bank. I am switching to Park Community as they can provide what a bank should to a long term and loyal customer.
