- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I took a ring there for repairs. They remounted my ring at the wrong angle and refused to fix it correctly. They stated they vould not do it and refused to refund my money so i took my ring to a jeweler and they had no pronlem with fixing it correctly. On top of that my tirn around time for the repair is less than 3 days as with stewarts it was 7 days... horrible customer service.By Mariyon Thomas, February 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My boyfriend purchased a necklace and charm from this place. He was told the chain was sterling Silver and the charm was white gold. He paid $130.After a week of wearing thus jewelry it turned green...so I wanted what it was really made of. I took it to a local jeweler who told me the chain and charm was silver and not worth anything more than $50.
