  Literally the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. Do not ever come to this store, and tell all of your friends and their friends to avoid this place. I went there to ship an item and the kid at the counter boxed it for me and then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be double the price that he originally stated because "the box was a little bigger than I thought, man"...So then he tells me that he has to charge me for the box and that it is $72. He did not tell me that "store policy" before he boxed it, nor did he give me anywhere near an accurate estimate of what it would cost to ship before he shipped it. This place sucks don't go there. PS: I tried to email the owner about this situation to get my money back - twice actually - and no response. I hope she reads this review cause she sucks. ALSO - haha this place really does suck! Look at all the One Star ratings...dang! Seriously people don't ever go here unless you wanna be broke, pissed off and develop a migraine over the whole situation.

  Had to go to this store because I missed the exit for the one I usually go to. I have been to several UPS stores and just drop my prepaid package on the counter and leave. The kid behind the counter said I needed to wait in line to get a receipt so he could "make sure it went through". I told him it was prepaid and I didn't want to wait. He insisted I get a receipt. I left. I have left prepaid packages at several UPS Stores and have handed prepaid packages to actual UPS drivers in their trucks and have not had to get a receipt. This weird store makes their own rules...

  Just as someone else said, they try to overcharge you. I needed a regular letter sized envelope to be mailed with no urgency. They tried to start off around $20 something dollars. After several times explaining I don't need expedited or special delivery and telling them I simply need standard mailing service they lowered it to around $13. Unbelievable, especially since the day before I had just sent another identical package at the US Postal Office for around $3 with tracking. I would recommend not coming to this location unless you have to drop off a prepaid return package.
