  Worst bank ever they won't cash a check from their own bank without having the account owner/ writer of the check call them, but they will if I open an account with them but I don't live in Louisville I'm only there for business I have multiple accounts where I live and they were rude.

  So I have been with stockyards bank for almost 2 years now. My wifes name is not on my account, but we always manage to make it work. TOday I deposited our tax check, with both of our signatures, and had both of our ID's. Wasn't asked for her ID, and left with no hint of an issue. At 4:30 just before close I was informed that my check would be held until my wife could come back up with her ID as proof, and that my account is now overdrawn due to purchases made after leaving the bank. This is an awful practice, and the phone call from the bank was very matter of fact, and sorry about your luck even tho this was our mistake "we apologize" was all that was offered up. Do your self a favor, and bank with someone local that cares, these banks have more money than we could ever dream of, and play God with YOUR money even when THEY make a mistake. BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
