- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I never knew about the bills that went to collections. I am now working a agency to help me fix the problem. I was told to contact GLA to set up a payment schedule. I was also asked to get my agreement in writing stating that I talked to them and they will accept that amount. They won't write the letter. I am doing my part and they won't even send a piece of paper! I am living in a house that needs repairs where we have to move out in order to get the work done.
